Learn Effective Self-Care techniques... to feel better!

What are the benefits

  • Each session is packed full of easy tips, to use during your daily life.
    Including some 1 minute methods, for immediate ease tight shoulders, feel calmer, more energised...
  • If you are always busy and want to change that.... these sessions give you an hour to stop, reconnect and feel better!

    What to expect
  • We start with a gentle seated warm up and stretching routine.
  • Then focus on the main topic of the session.
    I demonstrate, explain and guide you through a variety of Hand Reflexology and Acupressure and techniques, in a friendly, encouraging approach with plenty of warmth and humour!
    You can ask questions as we explore and work together.
  • Followed by a guided relaxation sequence, when you can breathe deeply, let go and enjoy some quiet stillness.
  • After that, you are welcome to leave the group... or stay for a chat, be part of a small online community, actively looking after ourselves and hopefully having a giggle too.
  • Artwork and an Audio recording...
    My watercolour drawings of the Reflexology points and Audio relaxation recordings for you to follow and listen to, at the end of the sessions.
  • The knowledge and skills shared, come from a combination of 30 years experience, working as a Nurse, Acupressure Therapist, Reflexologist and ongoing study.
    All from the comfort of your own chair, sofa or bed!

    Flexible times: Join on the Thursday eve or Friday morning, whichever is more convenient for you, that particular week.
    Find a quiet room/space.
    Choose a comfortable chair/sofa/bed in a position where you can easily see your screen.
    Have a cushion to support your head/hands, some lotion and glass of water.
    I will email you the Zoom link, to join in.

  • I am providing these guided sessions on trust and will always aim to take best care of you. However, on Zoom I cannot physically see you and it is not a treatment.
  • Therefore, by joining any online session you agree to retain full responsibility and assume all risks for your own health and wellbeing when applying the instructions given, during and after the sessions.
  • Please keep yourself comfortable and safe during these sessions and do not follow anything that may not be right for you.
  • You will not be asked any personal questions and the group will be requested to respect each other’s privacy.
  • If you do choose to share anything, it then becomes public knowledge.

    These sessions are not suitable for anyone who is feeling unwell, pregnant or suffering from any serious medical conditions as they may not be helpful for you, at the moment. Please contact a practitioner or Doctor to support your individual needs at this time.
