Stillness and Gratitude are so important, particularly at the moment.
So, just take a moment right now to notice your breathing... (your normal rhythm) Enjoy the cool air coming in through your nose and the warm air going out. Let yourself soften and release as you breathe out.
Maybe think about 3 things that you feel truly grateful for... Even if it is something you often take for granted, maybe ...the sight to be able to read this, the ability to read and having access to a computer. Feel that warmth of what you do have.
