After a bath or shower, massage your feet with your favourite lotion or oils, Tea tree is antiviral.
Gently rub the base and in between each toe.
Then, the balls of each foot .. can help to improve your circulation.
Lemon Drink Recipe.
2 Lemons - Cut into 6 pieces. 2" Root Ginger -Finely Slice. 20 Whole Black Peppercorns. 2 teaspoons Honey (adjust to your taste) 2 Litres Water.
Put all into a pan. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 mins.
Strain the juice, dilute to taste with hot or cold water. Tastes lovely and makes a great summer drink, put a small amount in a tall glass and top up with water and maybe add a fresh mint leaf!
