Warming Autumn Drink...
Lemon, Ginger, Peppercorns and Honey.
2 lemons ~ Cut into 6 chunks.
2" Root Ginger ~ Finely sliced.
20 Whole Black Peppercorns.
2 spoons Honey (adjust to your own taste)
2 Litres Water.
1. Put everything in a pan and bring to the boil.
2. Let it simmer for 20 mins, until the lemon is soft.
3. Strain the juice. Drink hot or cold and dilute to your own taste.
Cooking the lemon and honey together and the spicy heat from the ginger and pepper, can to help support your body during the Autumnal months and tastes great too!
