Yippee it's Summer Time Giving us longer days, more time to be outside ... Smell the air, look up at the sky... and be amazed by our wonderful Universe... Walk barefoot in nature... on soft sand, paddle in the sea or a riverbed or crunch the dry grasses ...whatever delights you!
Massaging our feet (or hands) can help us to open our senses and connect more fully with Nature and ourselves. Calming, grounding and energising...hopefully it feels lovely too!
